The It Works! Body Applicator - aka - BODY WRAP or SKINNY WRAP
The It Works body wrap is a tightening, toning and firming wrap that works to target the body areas you choose in a (minimum) 45-minute application - although, most people choose to leave the wrap on for two to three hours, and up to but no more than 8. You can use the wraps on your tummy and back or cut the applicator in half for use on your thighs, arms, buttocks and neck (please do not apply the body applicator to your face - we have a facial applicator for that). The applicator comes ready for use so there is no need for messy creams, lotions or extra steps. Simply remove the applicator from the packaging, and place the applicator botanical lotion side down on the area you wish to treat. Smooth out the applicator and then wrap in saran wrap or ace bandage to keep in place. I like to wear shape wear or a form fitting one piece swimsuit over my wrap - it just keeps everything where it's supposed to be.

Remember to DRINK YOUR WATER! THIS IS KEY to a successful wrap - it is recommended that you drink HALF your weight in ounces of water on the day you wrap and for the 72 hours after you wrap. For example if you weigh 160 pounds, you would drink 4.73 (make it five) 16.9 oz bottles of water. Drink 1-2 of those bottles while your wearing the wrap. REMEMBER: do not wrap again in less than 72 hours and that a full application is FOUR wraps. Many people enjoy their results in as little as 45 minutes however, results may be progressive in others taking more than one wrap over a period of days or weeks.
