Do - Follow the packaging instructions to apply your wrap.

Do - Document your progress!  Take before and after pictures on the day you wrap and in the mornings for 72 hours after you wrap - do this every time you wrap - Sometimes the results are progressive (like mine) I didn't realize how much my body changed until I put my before and after's together.

Do - Measure!  Measure the body area that you are going to wrap - before and after. THE TAPE MEASURE DOES'NT LIE!  If you are wrapping your arms and legs, simply measure around (use a sharpie to keep track of where you've measured).  If you are wrapping your belly, measure around your waist at your bellybutton as well as two inches above and below the bellybutton.  Again - do this for the next 72 hours and every time you wrap.

Do - Shower before you wrap (or use hot towels) to open pores.  Try not to use any soaps or other beauty products - this may affect your results.

Do - DRINK YOUR WATER - THIS IS KEY - it is recommended that you drink HALF your weight in ounces of water on the day you wrap and for the 72 hours after you wrap.  For example if you weigh 160 pounds, you would drink 4.73 (make it five) 16.9 oz bottles of water.  Drink 1-2 of those bottles while your wearing the wrap.  Do NOT put anything in the water (Crystal Light - Mio... ect) why drink chemicals - and it may affect your results?  If you don't like the taste of water, try a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime.  As a treat, after I have taken ALL my required water, I will usually have a bottle of water with a squeeze of lemon and some stevia to sweeten it up - YUMMAY!

Do - Enjoy the wrap itself - the wrap gives a tingly, cool feeling and smells WONDERFUL - leave the wrap on for at least 45 minutes and up to eight hours at the most - most people leave it on for 2-3 hours. Take the time to do something for yourself - read that book you've been wanting to or catch up on your latest episodes of your 
favorite television show - OR - some people even sleep in their wrap.

Do - Take an ingredient list or product sheet to your Doctor if you are on any medication or suffer from chronic disease or illness.

DO NOT - Drink alcohol, caffeinated beverages (including coffee or tea), soda, sugar or eat unhealthy, over processed foods during this time.  Smoking may also negatively affect your results.

DO NOT - Use the wraps if you are pregnant or nursing.

DO NOT - get discouraged if you do not see results right away - remember - a full application is FOUR wraps.  The results are progressive in some people - Like myself - but I saw results none the less - INCREDIBLE results!  I figure my results - (4 wraps over 12 days) would have equaled at least eight months at the gym - THAT'S HUGE!

DO NOT - work out on the day you wrap (sweat may interfere with the wrap).  Please do however, continue to work between the days you wrap.  Many do what is termed as "mini" exercises which light exercise like walking and crunches.

DO NOT - wipe off the botanical lotion after you remove the wrap - rub it into your skin - and do not shower after you remove the wrap.  

DO NOT - Wrap more than one area at a time.  For example - do not wrap your tummy and thighs at the same time.  You can however, wrap both arms or both legs at one time (for symmetry).

DO NOT - wrap during menstruation.  I did and it did affect my results (sneaky little hormones.....grrr) - just a heads up.

DO NOT - Wrap again for at least 72 hours.  Results are progressive.
